Can I use Flawless Nightly Serum if I have dry or sensitive skin?

All Actives should be used with care if you have dry or sensitive skin. Watch Dr Sam's Retinoid Revelation Series for tips on getting started.

Can I use Flawless Nightly Serum during summer/warmer months?

Yes, provided you observe good sun protection behaviour. Watch Dr Sam’s video on retinoid use in summer.

Can I use Flawless Nightly Serum around my eyes and lips?

No, avoid putting this product around the delicate eye area or on your lips. Try applying a barrier layer of moisturiser around the eyes (“moisturiser goggles”) and lip balm on lips for extra protection before applying Flawless Nightly Serum.

Will I experience irritation using Flawless Nightly Serum?

All Actives may require an adjustment period, especially if you have sensitive skin. The key is to start using smaller amounts less often and build gradually. For guidance, watch our Retinoid Revelation series. If you do experience irritation (redness, flaking, dryness) take a break and use our tips on managing Retinoids at the beginning of your journey to reduce the intensity. Flawless Nightly 2% Retinoid Serum

I've been trying to use this serum from January until a week ago, but without any luck. I always got red, I damaged my skin barrier even though I only used it once a week, even every two weeks, hoping I didn't waste my money on it. I'm disappointed, my face is still suffering from this product quite a bit, irritations, pimples, itching, I wouldn't recommend it to people with sensitive skin.

Flawless Nightly 2% Retinoid Serum

I have been using flawless nightly for a few weeks, having used a lower strength retinol for 6 months prior and seeing no difference I decided to take the leap and use this serum, I have used other Dr Sam’s products for a while so was confident. I’m so happy to did, I personally have had no purge, fewer breakouts and ones I do have settle quicker now, my texture is better, all round 10/10 so far!! :-)
