Your EXPERT Acne Skin Care Routine!

My new YouTube series, Acne Solved, is the start of something special for me.

One of the main reasons I started doing YouTube videos in the first place was a desire to help more people in their acne struggle. It's such a common condition and yet so much misinformation and mythology exists around the best practice for treating it.

The series I did on acne a couple of years ago remains my most-watched content and so I thought it time for a refresh! I’m going to share the strategy, insider tips and tricks + essential product toolkit that has helped transform the skin of so many of the patients I see in clinic.

I know many of you have frustrations and fears tied up with the treatment of acne.

Taking charge to make change is a big deal.

And it takes courage. I’ve been there myself, attempting to solve stress-exacerbated acne without the right tools, and ending up with an irritated, uncomfortable mess on my chin and lower cheeks. It can be so demoralising and it affects everything you do and every interaction you have when things are bad.

But the good news is that with the right tools, and the right plan, things can be better.

There’s hope that acne can be solved.

So I wanted to break down the approach that worked for those I see in my clinic and for my own skin. It’s a tried-and-tested approach!
